I’ve watched from afar the past two years of the Blogger’s Quilt Festival hosted by Amy’s Creative Side, in awe of everyone else’s talent. This year I have decided to jump in and throw my hat in the ring. I’m proud of the finished quilts I have produced recently so why not show them off a bit, right?
If you have followed my posts this year you will already be familiar with this quilt, as I posted about it here. I’ve decided to enter the Shattered Star quilt in the small category. At 46″ x 46″ it seemed to make sense.
I can’t take credit for the pattern. The pattern was designed by my talented friend, Penny Poppleton and I was very happy to test the small size for her despite never having done that many HST’s before!
I am most proud of the hand quilting on this. It took a while but it was well worth it.
So, if you have read this far…thank you, especially if you are already familiar with this quilt 🙂 and if you like my little quilt, why not throw a nomination my way by clicking here. Thanks lovely peoples.
